Our beach house sits only 50 feet from the ocean, with a public beach access conveniently located in front of the property.
The fully equipped kitchen features a full-size stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, ideal for preparing gourmet dishes and seafood straight from the catch. A complete set of pots and pans, as well as an array of silverware and serving utensils, are available for your use.
The unit has basic cable TV and high-speed internet service. The flat-screen televisions have HDMI ports to accommodate any streaming or gaming devices that you may wish to bring.
The property has two bedrooms with queen-size beds. In addition, two single beds are in the sunroom, located at the front of the house, and there is a fold-out couch in the living room.

We are a family owned beach cottage that has rented to beach lovers for 3 decades. Many families continue to return year after year to enjoy the sound of the ocean at night, the open skies, and salt filled breazes. We are convieniet to local restuarants, fishing piers, and recreational activities. We are also 50 minutes from Myrtle Beach, SC and 30 minutes from Wilmington, NC. The are also boast world class golf, fishing, and tennis.
We are very concious of the rising cost of visiting the beach. We try to help by allowing renters to bring their own linens and do their own cleanup to save on the sometime expensive addons that other rentals require. We hope that you will show your appreciation by leaving our properties in the same shape that you found it. Our Families have enjoyed this property for generations and now we want to share this with you. We look forward to seeing you and watching you making memories at the beach.
